I wanted to bring something relatively unique to my homebrewed D&D campaign, so I decided to do something fun with the Tabaxi chieftain, Two-Chain. He's a strong, prideful leader that lets his actions do all of the talking. It's said that he lost his long, beautiful tail in a horrific battle. To make up for it, he learned how to wield chains in place of a tail, making him a formidable opponent in battle.
I think chains aren't uncommon in D&D (I've personally never played or seen them), but the thought of having two hooked chains as your weapon of choice is WILD to me. I think it could be so much fun mechanically speaking if you're playing as this character, and it forces you to think a bit differently if you're facing Two-Chain as an enemy.
